Created this card for an upcoming family birthday and had so much fun working with the new Cosette collection for this.
The inspiration for the card comes from this sketch from The Paper Players. You can see this sketch along with others here.
I used two patterns from the Cosette paper pack along with a Zip Strip for the patterns in the card. I die cut the oval from Mist cardstock and then flowers from French Vanilla cardstock. I stamped the flowers and leaf bunches using Intense Black Exclusive Ink and then colored them in using watercolor pencils. I tied some Gold Embellishing Thread around the flowers to make them like a bouquet. The sentiment comes from a stamp set in my stash.
