Sharing my finished layout from a recent Scrapbook with me event. I am continuing with my monthly recap layouts with this one. For this I dug into my stash to use up some of the retired Felicity collection from Close To My Heart.
The title and stars were cut using Thin Cut sets. The title uses the Classic Alphabet Thin Cuts set and the stars come from a retired set.
