Old Stone Church

I have been enjoying my Scrapbook with me times with everyone that joins me but want to apologize to you all that I have not been posting my completed layouts here. I will be sharing some of these layouts in the coming days with you. The first one I want to share is a layout I did of a recent visit Mike, Meghan and I did to the Old Stone Church in West Boylston MA. We have been trying to get outside as often as possible (while maintaining social distancing) and decided this day to head up to the Wachusett Reservoir and walk around a bit. It was a nice day and I had fun scrapbooking our little adventure.

This layout was based on the Olivia sketch which can be found here on the Close To My Heart Blog. I love getting inspiration from the sketches and layouts shown on the blog. If you do not subscribe to the blog, you can click here to sign up.

For this layout I dug into my stash of to grab some of the retired Basic Fundamentals paper. I paired this with letters cut with the Block Alphabet Thin Cuts, some small stamped letters, some Wooden Arrows and some Silver Glitter Gems. I am really pleased with how this turned out.
